Posting under a different account, but anyway, I was very thrilled with the customer service 🙂 I received an honest estimate and encouragement for my quarter panel/rear side flap that was a result of a hit and run (I wasn’t planning to repair cosmetic dmg with the estimate I received from my mechanic for other parts already repaired to get the car driving). Waukegan Tire recommended me to Maj-estic 🙂 I let the office know I was already planning to trade in my car at the end of the year and would rather save for a down payment for a new one, and they offered to screw in my flap so I don’t run into any issues on the road. If I ever need a service from these guys, I will gladly go back 🙂

I've had an abundance of body work done on my vehicles over the years and have been bringing them to Majestic for around 20 of them. They are always very polite and professional. Since 2020 I realize parts are not available like the prior years. The shops have no control over that, yet they get blamed. I've seen people notice something that was there prior to bringing it in and seem to blame it on the shop. If your battery is no longer good when you pick up your car it didn't just fail at that point. I see couple of these reviews are people that are never happy and tried to get damage and work fixed that have nothing to do with the accident the work is being completed from. I have witnessed this myself while in the waiting area. Then there are the insurance companies that insist on taking as much money from you as possible but then try and buy the least expensive replacement parts they can. The people at Majestic have bigger hearts and more compassion than so many businesses out there. They deserve our business.

Majestic Collision Center did a fantastic job on my car when I needed auto body repairs completed! My car came back looking great and Kris and his employees were very helpful, kept me updated on the progress of my car, and communicated with the insurance company. I would definitely recommend getting work done here.

This small company is really unprofessional and seems to be overwhelmed with their workload as they don’t keep to their given repair times. Nor did they make any effort to keep me updated with anything during the repair. This makes it more costly on the customer when it comes to purchasing a rental during said time. I brought my son’s car in and they ordered his parts but like you would be able to do with anything else you order, they couldn’t give me any delivery dates for when anything was coming in. Only that “they might be here sometime next week”. This would be understandable if I didn’t look online for the same parts and was told the delivery time was 2-4 business days. gas is expensive and they don’t always answer the phone. We’ve gotten our car back and the repairs seem to be okay for now but I gave them my hard earned money just to feel unvalued. Personally I won’t be using this business in the future. Not trying to be disrespectful by saying this but I would recommend using Caliber collision repair just a bit further down the road or just checking for better ratings in general especially when using your insurance.
